I am also a Certified Spartan SGX Coach and utilize my experience running Obstacle Course Races to offer OCR Specific Training plans!

Lost 104lbs in the past 13 months since joining The Gym, now I'm wanting to help others achieve their fitness goals with a heavy focus on weight loss management and overall health improvement through flexible diet practices and training programs personalized for each individual's needs and lifestyle.
Available for sessions 9am to 2pm on Monday through Thursday, any time Friday through Saturday, and willing to schedule late night sessions as well.
