Before your first bootcamp session with us, we’ll walk you through a quick consultation to gather all your starting data.
We’ll use that data to track your progress so you can make sure you’re on track to reaching your health and fitness goals.
We also make sure to celebrate “non-scale” victories like having more energy or breaking personal records in boot camp.

Yes, you can! Coach Rob is a NASM Certified Master Trainer and will show you how to adjust your workout for any knee, back, or shoulder injury. Just make sure you let the coach know about your injury during your consultation.
