WELCOME TO THE GYM!
Congratulations on joining THE Gym at Kickin' It Fitness! Below you will find answers to common questions, tips, and general info about our facility. If you have any questions you can stop by during staffed hours or message us on facebook!
The GloFox app is what we use most in THE Gym. This app will be what you use to check-in when you enter the facility, register for classes and seminars, set up personal training appointments, and more.

Once you have the app installed, Search for Kickin' It Fitness to set your home studio.
Click on ‘Forgot Password’ and enter your email so you can set/reset your password.
Make sure to use the email you gave us when you signed up for your membership.
Members are required to check-in using the barcode.
IF YOU BRING A GUEST, THEY NEED TO PURCHASE A GUEST PASS AND FILL OUT THEIR INFO IN THE APP OR AT OUR SIGN-UP STATION. IF THEY ARE PAYING WITH CASH ($10 DROP-IN FEE) THEY CAN LEAVE IT IN THE RED CASH BOX NEXT TO THE REFRIGERATOR.
24/7 Gym Access
We currently use an app called GeoKey to give our members (18+) 24/7 access to THE Gym! You should receive an email and a text message from GeoKey with setup instructions when you sign up. If you signed up online, you should receive these the next business day. If you didn't receive the email (check your spam folder) you can either message us on facebook, or, stop by and see a staff member and we can help you get it setup.
At this time, we are only offering geokey for members age 18 and up. If you are under 18 and would like to be able to come in when we are not staffed, your parent / legal guardian must contact the owner prior to this being authorized.

LIGHTS AND FANS:
If you come into our facility during non-staffed hours, you may notice the lights and fans have been turned off. The light switches are located behind the front counter and the control box for the large fan is located on the wall near the top of the ramp.
To turn on the fan, press the GREEN button. If it doesn't start right away, press the RED button to reset it and then the GREEN button again to start. You can adjust the speed using the arrow keys.
If you are the last one to leave, please turn off the lights and fans in the main Gym area.
Members can purchase drinks 24/7! You can pay for your drinks using one of the three methods below:
1. CASH: You can drop exact change in the red box on the wall next to the refrigerator.
2. GLOFOX APP STORE: Navigate to the store in the GloFox app and pay for your drinks using your credit card.
3. VENMO: Send us payment via VENMO @TheGymisHere or by scanning the QR code next to the refrigerator. For VENMO please add .25 per transaction.
When we don't have a class, clients are welcome to change the music in THE Gym! There is an MP4 player at the front desk with Spotify that controls the music.
If the music is off when you get to the gym, follow the instructions under the MP4 player to turn the speaker back on and connect via bluetooth.
DO NOT CHANGE THE SETTINGS IN SPOTIFY.
We want to make sure everyone can enjoy their time in THE Gym. We ask that you do not change the settings as they are set to NOT allow explicit lyrics. You are welcome to choose any play list / songs you'd like to listen to, however, please keep in mind our main rule: BE CONSIDERATE OF OTHER MEMBERS.
The Gym is a licensed massage establishment with the State of Florida (MM42867). Contact us to make an appointment.
We have showers on site so you can plan a massage for after your workout!
